eSports Rules

  • We offer betting on exciting eSports games.
  • These rules will apply to any eSports event that we offer bets on.
  • Where the same two players or teams are playing multiple games or maps with respect to an event (e.g. best of three), and one or more games or maps are not played because the result of the event has already been determined, we will void your bet on any unplayed games or maps.
  • The dates and start times for events with respect to eSports events are solely provided by us for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, up to date or error free.
  • We will void your bet, if an event is cancelled, interrupted or postponed and is not completed, unless it is completed within 48 hours of the displayed start time on the Site (this will apply to you, if any additional games or additional maps that were supposed to be part of the same matchup are cancelled or further postponed).
  • Settlement of your bet: Unless otherwise stated in these rules: (i) we will settle your bet based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher of such game or event organizer (as applicable); (ii) where there is a counter of rounds won, kills, dragons, towers, etc. included in a broadcast, we will use this to settle your bet; (iii) we will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, if the there is no broadcast; (iv) we will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, in the event that the result with respect to settlement of your bet is uncertain.
  • In the case of indexed or numbered markets (such as the winner of a specific round in Counter Strike: GO, or the team to score a numbered kill in League of Legends or DOTA2), the index determines the objective that counts.
  • In the event that that the scheduled number of rounds or maps is changed, or if markets are erroneously offered based on a different number of rounds or maps from the actually scheduled number, then bets on the winning margin (including a Handicap bet), total rounds / maps, correct scores, etc. will be void. The foregoing will not apply if you bet on the Map Winner and Match Up Winner.
  • We will void your bet on the relevant map and on the matchup, in the event that any map is not played or is awarded to one player or team (as applicable) by Walk Over or default without play having commenced. The foregoing will not apply, if you place a bet which relates only to maps and your bet will stand.
  • A map is deemed to have started, as soon as the game clock starts or either team or player (as applicable) takes any game action relating to that map, including without limitation picks, bans or makes purchases of any kind in the game. In the event that a map has to be remade due to a technical glitch or bug bets placed after the start of the map will be made void unless the result has already been determined, bets placed before the map has started will stand. If maps are subject to a pause but restart as planned bets will stand.
  • Surrender: Where one team or player (as applicable) surrenders, your bet will stand and will be settled in the following manner: (i) for bets involving the map/match winner, the winning team is the team or player (as applicable) that did not surrender; (ii) for any other bet which you place, we will settle such bet based on what has happened up until the point of surrender; (iii) if you bet on any outcome that has been irrevocably determined prior to the surrender, your bet will be settled in accordance with the relevant outcome which has been irrevocably determined; (iv) we will void any other bet which you place which is not covered by (i), (ii) and (iii).
  • Words such as “next” in the market name are not guaranteed to be correct, as broadcasts may be delayed, and we may not always advance the index precisely when an objective is scored or a round completed. All bets are therefore settled on the numbered round or objective specified, regardless of any other wording in the market name or its timing in relation to when the bet was placed.
Type of Bet Rules
Match Winner – Two or Three Way
  1. If any map is not played or is awarded to one player or team (as applicable) by Walk Over or default without play having commenced, we will void your bet on that map and on the matchup (as applicable).
  2. We will void your bet on a two way offer if the result is a tie.
Handicap
  1. Matches must be completed in full for your bet to stand unless your bet has already been irrevocably determined and your bet will be settled in accordance with the relevant outcome which has been irrevocably determined.
  2. If you place a bet where no tie option is made available for you to bet on and the match ends in a tie, we will void your bet.
To Win Map If any map is not played or is awarded to one player or team (as applicable) by Walk Over or default without play having commenced, we will void your bet on that map and on the matchup (as applicable).
Most Kills (i) If there is a counter of kills with respect to the broadcast, we will generally use this to settle your bet. (ii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, if the there is no broadcast. (iii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, in the event that the result with respect to settlement of your bet is uncertain.
Draw First Blood For bets on First Blood, your bet will be settled according to the in game announcement (this may not be the first kill of the game). If there is no in game announcement we will void your bet.
Next Kill (i) If there is a counter of kills with respect to the broadcast, we will generally use this to settle your bet. (ii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, if the there is no broadcast. (iii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, in the event that the result with respect to settlement of your bet is uncertain.
Most Kills (i) If there is a counter of kills with respect to the broadcast, we will generally use this to settle your bet. (ii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, if the there is no broadcast. (iii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, in the event that the result with respect to settlement of your bet is uncertain.
Total Kills Over/Under
  1. (i) If there is a counter of kills with respect to the broadcast, we will generally use this to settle your bet. (ii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, if the there is no broadcast. (iii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, in the event that the result with respect to settlement of your bet is uncertain.
  2. Where an Over/Under bet lands exactly on the number offered, if you place a bet where no tie option is made available for you to bet on and the match ends in a tie we will void your bet.
Team To Destroy The Next Tower
  1. (i) If there is a counter of towers destroyed with respect to the broadcast, we will generally use this to settle your bet. (ii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, if the there is no broadcast. (iii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, in the event that the result with respect to settlement of your bet is uncertain.
  2. For all bets involving towers, any towers destroyed in conjunction with a minion/creep will still count towards settlement.
Quadra Kill We will settle your bet based on the kills listed in the match history or announced during the match.
Penta Kill We will settle your bet based on the kills listed in the match history or announced during the match.
To Slay the Next Roshan/Dragon/Rift Herald
  1. (i) If there is a counter of kills with respect to the broadcast we will generally use this to settle your bet. (ii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, if the there is no broadcast. (iii) We will use statistics API for the game where available to settle your bet, in the event that the result with respect to settlement of your bet is uncertain.
  2. If you place a bet where no tie option is made available for you to bet on and the match ends in a tie we will void your bet.
Total Game Time Over/Under If you place a bet on a Game Time offer (Over/Under), we will settle your bet based on the in-game clock. If the game time is exactly xx:00, as was the bet offer then we will void any bet placed above such time.
