With regard to all your winnings in relation to roulette, blackjack, video slots or any other casino game greater than £/€/$/30,000, we reserve the right to elect that such amount may be withdrawn in limited installments of up to £/€/$/30,000 (as applicable to your bankroll) or the USD equivalent if your bankroll is in a different currency, per calendar month. The withdrawal policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their account. This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

Main Verification Documents

  1. Photographic ID: A copy of a current photographic ID is required for your first withdrawal request. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Specifically it is the photograph page of the ID that we require for our verification checks. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.
  2. Credit/Debit Cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit/debit card(s) used to fund your account.   3. Proof of address: This may be submitted in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.   4. Notarized documentation: Your documents will need to be authenticated by an appropriate qualified Notary/Solicitor and signed and stamped as proof of legitimacy.

At 888sport, the method(s) by which we pay your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).

When you deposit to your 888sport account by credit, charge or debit card, NETELLER, Skrill, PayPal, you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.

When you request a withdrawal, if possible, your withdrawal will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).

  1. On Monday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by Visa credit card;
  2. On Tuesday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by NETELLER;
  3. On Wednesday you deposit another 50 (in your currency) by Visa credit card;
  4. On Thursday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by Skrill;
  5. On Friday you Deposit 50 (in your currency) by PayPal;
  6. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals 250 (in your currency):
    1. 100 on Visa credit card;
    2. 50 on Skrill;
    3. 50 on NETELLER;
    4. 50 on PayPal;
  7. On Sunday you request a 450 (in your currency) withdrawal.

The first 250 (in your currency) of your withdrawal (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in a manner such as follows:

  1. 100 (in your currency) will be paid to your Visa Credit Card Account(s) (please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below);
  2. 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your Skrill Account;
  3. 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your NETELLER Account;
  4. 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your PayPal Account;
  5. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals 0.

Your 200 (in your currency) "Remaining Withdrawal Balance"*** (the amount above your Member' Transaction Balance - please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition) will be paid to you according to your chosen payment method(s):

  1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
  2. NETELLER (if you have deposited to your 888sport account by this payment method in the past), or;
  3. Skrill (if you have deposited to your 888sport account by this payment method in the past), or;
  4. PayPal (if you have deposited to your 888sport account by this payment method in the past), or;
  5. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK and Europe), or;
  6. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your 888sport account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK only).

  • * = Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below for definition).
  • ** = Credit/debit/NETELLER card Exceptions (see next section below).
  • *** = Remaining Withdrawal Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below for definition).

**Visa Credit Card Withdrawals: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, 888sport is not permitted to pay withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), 888sport is not permitted to pay withdrawals to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made using these particular Visa credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their 888sport accounts via these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

Please see drop-down list below, specifying countries where certain Visa credit/debit card issuers do not permit withdrawals to be paid to Visa credit/debit cards:



**MasterCard/Eurocard withdrawals: due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, 888sport is not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made by MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their 888sport accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

Please note the following important withdrawal information (pertinent to credit card and Non-credit card users):

Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

In most cases, withdrawal Payment credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your 888sport account.

Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.

If your withdrawal request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

  • The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods accepted by us is $5/€5/£5/5 CAD.

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your withdrawal request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous deposits to your 888sport account.

In some cases where account verification is required for completing your request, we will return any pending withdrawals to your bankroll until the verification on your account is complete. If your withdrawal remains in a pending status and is not returned to your bankroll immediately, you will have 7 days to complete your account verification before your withdrawal is reversed and returned to your bankroll

In the event a member requests to withdraw funds in a currency different from the deposit currency, a conversion rate will be applied based upon the daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the withdrawal is processed. A special margin to cover our conversion costs may be added to the mid-market commercial conversion rates offered. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the member will be told his withdrawal ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and settle currency.

Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.

We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Bonuses may be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied.

If you attempt to withdraw any funds from your account, you will forfeit all of your Restricted Funds (the total of bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement and any winnings associated with such bonus funds- which includes without limitation Free Bet Tokens, Profit Boost Tokens, free spins, FreePlay and Jackpot Vouchers) and any related winnings with respect to such which have not been converted to Available Funds (those funds that you have deposited and any winnings derived from such funds as well as any bonus funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements).

According to 888sport Withdrawal Policy, members' withdrawal requests shall be automatically paid directly to the payment method(s) by which that member submitted their original deposit(s) to their 888sport account, up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) below for definition). Thereafter, that member may choose the payment method(s) by which to receive their ***Remaining Withdrawal Balance (see section three (3) below for definition):

  1. *The Member Transaction Balance shall be defined as:
    1. Any total sum a member has deposited to their 888sport account via their Visa credit/debit card(s) (with the exception of certain Visa credit/debit cards - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    2. Any total sum a member has deposited to their 888sport account via their NETELLER account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    3. Any total sum a member has deposited to their 888sport account via their Skrill account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    4. Any total sum a member has deposited to their 888sport account via their PayPal account(s), less previous withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
  2. Withdrawals shall be automatically paid directly to the following payment method(s), up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) above), and in a manner such as follows:
    1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above);
    2. NETELLER account(s);
    3. Skrill account(s);
    4. PayPal account(s);
  3. Thereafter (once a *Member Transaction Balance, utilizing all payment methods with which that Member has deposited to their 888sport account in the past, has been satisfied - see section one (1) above), that Member may choose, if any exists:
    1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
    2. NETELLER (if you have deposited to your 888sport account by this payment method in the past), or;
    3. Skrill (if you have deposited to your 888sport account by this payment method in the past), or;
    4. PayPal (if you have deposited to your 888sport account by this payment method in the past), or;
    5. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section (a) and (b) above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK), or;
    6. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your 888sport account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK. Note: This is the only option for UK issued Visa/Mastercard credit cards to receive over the balance withdrawals.

In the event that you cancel a withdrawal request, you will bear full responsibility for any subsequent wager of such sum. The Company is under no obligation to refund any amounts that are cancelled by you and which are subsequently wagered.

This Withdrawal Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Withdrawal Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

In this policy, we set out how you can withdraw funds from your account, the payment methods to which withdrawals will be processed and additional terms that may apply to you on requesting a withdrawal. How do I request a withdrawal?

How will I receive funds once I have requested a withdrawal?

How we pay you requested amounts will depend on the payment method(s) used by you previously to make deposit(s) and the amounts that you have deposited using those payment method(s).

Your “Transaction Balance” for each payment method (other than those detailed in ‘Are there any deposit methods that do not have a Transaction Balance?’) is the total sum that you have deposited into your account via that method, less any previous withdrawals and/or refunds made to the same payment method, measured over the past 4 months. When you request a withdrawal of more than your total Transaction Balance (aggregated across all relevant payment methods), the remainder is what we call the “Remaining Withdrawal Balance”. For example, if you deposited £/$/€200 in total and requested to withdraw £/$/€450, your Transaction Balance would be £/$/€200 and your Remaining Withdrawal Balance would be £/$/€250.

When you request a withdrawal, amounts equaling the Transaction Balance of each payment method will be paid automatically to the applicable payment method(s). Your Remaining Withdrawal Balance will be paid to the payment method you select from those available in the withdrawal page in the cashier.

By way of example, if on:

  • Monday you deposited £/$/€50 by Visa debit card;
  • Wednesday you deposited another £/$/€50 by Visa debit card;
  • Friday you deposited £/$/€50 by PayPal; and
  • Saturday you deposited £/$/€50 by MuchBetter,

your total Transaction Balance would equal £/$/€200, which would be allocated to each payment method as follows:

  • the Transaction Balance of your Visa debit card would be £/$/€100;
  • the Transaction Balance of your PayPal account would be £/$/€50; and
  • the Transaction Balance of your MuchBetter account would be £/$/€50.

If on Sunday you requested a withdrawal of £/$/€450, then the first £/$/€200 of this amount (the Transaction Balance) would be paid automatically to the applicable payment method as follows:

  • £/$/€100 to your Visa debit card;
  • £/$/€50 to your PayPal account; and
  • £/$/€50 to your MuchBetter account.

Your Transaction Balance would now equal zero. Your Remaining Withdrawal Balance would be £/$/€250 and this would be paid to your chosen payment method(s).

How will I be paid my Remaining Withdrawal Balance?

You may request for your Remaining Withdrawal Balance to be paid to any one of the following, provided that you have deposited to your account with such methods in the past 12 months:

  1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (subject to any withdrawal limits that are applied by the Visa credit/debit card issuer);
  2. PayPal; or
  3. MuchBetter.

We may offer you a choice of Wire Transfer if you have not deposited funds into your account, or if the above methods are not available for any reason.

Are there any deposit methods that do not have a Transaction Balance?

Yes, deposits made with certain debit cards and Mastercard/Eurocard debit cards do not have a Transaction Balance and we will not be able to offer withdrawals to such payment methods.

How quickly will my withdrawal request be processed?

We always endeavour to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Please see the ‘Withdrawal Payment Time Frames’ page for more detail.

Please note that if you request multiple withdrawals within the same 24 hour period these may be combined as one payment to you. We may also delay and/or stop the processing of a withdrawal requests if you have also made a deposit which is still in process or otherwise outstanding.

In most cases, withdrawal Payment credits will be posted on your banking statements as separate transactions, and will not cancel any references on your banking statements resulting from your deposit(s) to your 888sport account.

Is there a minimum amount that I must withdraw?

Yes - if you request to withdraw less than your entire account balance (i.e. your Transaction Balance plus your Remaining Withdrawal Balance), minimum withdrawal limits apply. If your withdrawal request via the cashier is for less than the minimum withdrawal limit listed below the funds will be returned to your bankroll:

  • The minimum withdrawal limit for all payment methods accepted by us is £5.

If you wish to withdraw your entire account balance (i.e. the total of your Transaction Balance plus your Remaining Withdrawal Balance) in a single transaction, that is less than the applicable minimum amounts above, then please contact support@888sport.com.

Will I need to provide certain documents before making a withdrawal?

In certain circumstances, you may be required to provide certain documents before we complete your withdrawal. This process forms part of our online fraud and money laundering prevention procedures.

We may require you to provide one or more of the following documents:

In some cases where documents are required, your withdrawal request will remain in a pending status for up to 21 days, at which time your withdrawal will be reversed and returned to your bankroll.

Can I request a withdrawal in a different currency to that of my deposits?

Yes, you can request a withdrawal in any one of the following currencies: GBP, USD and EUR.

If you request to withdraw funds in a currency different from your deposit currency, we will apply a conversion rate. All currency conversions executed by us for the purposes of allowing you to withdraw money from your account shall be executed by us at an exchange rate sourced from http://www.xignite.com (with such rates being regularly updated throughout the day). A small fee may be charged which is comparable with commercial rates offered by banks and card companies.

Once the withdrawal has been processed, we will tell you your withdrawal ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and your chosen currency of withdrawal.

Can I withdraw a bonus?

The first 250 (in your currency) of your withdrawal (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in a manner such as follows:

  2. 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your Skrill Account;

  3. Skrill (if you have deposited to your 888casino/888sport account by this payment method in the past), or;

  5. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK and Europe), or;

How will I receive funds once I have requested a withdrawal?

Your “Transaction Balance” for each payment method (other than those detailed in ‘Are there any deposit methods that do not have a Transaction Balance?’) is the total sum that you have deposited into your account via that method, less any previous withdrawals and/or refunds made to the same payment method, measured over the past 4 months. When you request a withdrawal of more than your total Transaction Balance (aggregated across all relevant payment methods), the remainder is what we call the “Remaining Withdrawal Balance”. By way of example, if on:

  • Monday you deposited £/$/€50 by Visa debit card;
  • Wednesday you deposited another £/$/€50 by Visa debit card;
  • Friday you deposited £/$/€50 by PayPal; and
  • Saturday you deposited £/$/€50 by MuchBetter,

your total Transaction Balance would equal £/$/€200, which would be allocated to each payment method as follows:

  • the Transaction Balance of your Visa debit card would be £/$/€100;

If on Sunday you requested a withdrawal of £/$/€450, then the first £/$/€200 of this amount (the Transaction Balance) would be paid automatically to the applicable payment method as follows:

  • £/$/€100 to your Visa debit card;
  • £/$/€50 to your PayPal account; and
  • £/$/€50 to your MuchBetter account.

Your Transaction Balance would now equal zero. Your Remaining Withdrawal Balance would be £/$/€250 and this would be paid to your chosen payment method(s).

How will I be paid my Remaining Withdrawal Balance?

You may request for your Remaining Withdrawal Balance to be paid to any one of the following, provided that you have deposited to your account with such methods in the past 12 months:

Are there any deposit methods that do not have a Transaction Balance?

Is there a minimum amount that I must withdraw?

How will I receive funds once I have requested a withdrawal?

How we pay you requested amounts will depend on the payment method(s) used by you previously to make deposit(s) and the amounts that you have deposited using those payment method(s).

Your “Transaction Balance” for each payment method (other than those detailed in ‘Are there any deposit methods that do not have a Transaction Balance?’) is the total sum that you have deposited into your account via that method, less any previous withdrawals and/or refunds made to the same payment method, measured over the past 4 months. When you request a withdrawal of more than your total Transaction Balance (aggregated across all relevant payment methods), the remainder is what we call the “Remaining Withdrawal Balance”. For example, if you deposited £/$/€200 in total and requested to withdraw £/$/€450, your Transaction Balance would be £/$/€200 and your Remaining Withdrawal Balance would be £/$/€250.

When you request a withdrawal, amounts equaling the Transaction Balance of each payment method will be paid automatically to the applicable payment method(s). Your Remaining Withdrawal Balance will be paid to the payment method you select from those available in the withdrawal page in the cashier.

By way of example, if on:

  • Monday you deposited £/$/€50 by Visa debit card;
  • Wednesday you deposited another £/$/€50 by Visa debit card;
  • Friday you deposited £/$/€50 by PayPal; and
  • Saturday you deposited £/$/€50 by MuchBetter,

your total Transaction Balance would equal £/$/€200, which would be allocated to each payment method as follows:

  • the Transaction Balance of your Visa debit card would be £/$/€100;
  • the Transaction Balance of your PayPal account would be £/$/€50; and
  • the Transaction Balance of your MuchBetter account would be £/$/€50.

If on Sunday you requested a withdrawal of £/$/€450, then the first £/$/€200 of this amount (the Transaction Balance) would be paid automatically to the applicable payment method as follows:

  • £/$/€100 to your Visa debit card;
  • £/$/€50 to your PayPal account; and
  • £/$/€50 to your MuchBetter account.

Your Transaction Balance would now equal zero. Your Remaining Withdrawal Balance would be £/$/€250 and this would be paid to your chosen payment method(s).

How will I be paid my Remaining Withdrawal Balance?

You may request for your Remaining Withdrawal Balance to be paid to any one of the following, provided that you have deposited to your account with such methods in the past 12 months:

  1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (subject to any withdrawal limits that are applied by the Visa credit/debit card issuer);
  2. PayPal; or

Is there a minimum amount that I must withdraw?
